Notaria Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Notaria ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Notaria mobile application, related AI features, and any related services, content, websites, and backend systems we make available (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Effective Date: March 15, 2026

Notaria is a reading, note-taking, OCR, transcription, recall, quiz, and AI-assisted knowledge product. The Service includes local storage, OCR workflows, AI-assisted study features, book lookup integrations, exports, and premium quota plans. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

The product may not require a traditional account for core local use, but paid features may be associated with identifiers like an Adapty profile ID. "User Content" means any content you upload, import, or submit. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to operate the Service, provide requested AI features, and maintain security.

You agree that you will:

• Provide only lawful content and maintain necessary rights and consents
• Obtain any legally required consent before uploading another person's personal data
• Review AI outputs before using or relying on them
• Not upload unlawful, infringing, tracking, or abusive content
• Not reverse engineer the Service or bypass quotas/credits
• Not use bots to overload the Service or use the Service to build a competing product

A. Cloud and on-device modes: If you choose `cloud` or `auto` processing modes, content needed for the request may be transmitted to our backend and third-party providers. If you want to avoid cloud processing for supported tasks, select `on-device` mode. B. AI Limitations: AI features may produce inaccurate or offensive outputs. AI output is for convenience only and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice. C. Sensitive Data: Do not submit highly sensitive personal data or regulated health data through cloud AI features.

Some features require a premium subscription or credits. In-app purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Auto-renewing subscriptions must be managed in your app-store settings. The Service may use credits, usage caps, and feature quotas. Unless required by law, credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

The current version of Notaria stores core content locally on your device. You are responsible for your device security and your own backups. We are not liable for loss of local data. The Service integrates with third-party providers (OpenAI, AWS, Adapty, etc.). We are not responsible for their downtime or independent privacy practices.

The Service (software, design, branding) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR YOUR DATA NEVER LOST. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risks/abuse. You agree to indemnify and hold Notaria harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Exclusive venue for disputes will be the courts of Turkey. We may modify these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact: trackit.tr@gmail.com
